What Affects the Installation Price?
Keeping fittings in similar positions may need less pipework than changing the whole layout. Wall and floor condition, electrical work, ventilation and your chosen finishes can also change the quote.
If damage is found underneath old fittings or tiles, the extra work needs to be explained and agreed.
Living at Home During the Work
Tell us if this is your only bathroom. We will discuss toilet access, water shut-offs, working access and the fitting schedule before work starts.
For a flat, shared stairs and entrances also need to stay usable. Let us know about parking or entry restrictions at the appointment.

No. Keeping a workable layout can be a sensible choice. We only suggest a different position when it helps the room and the work is practical.
Is old bathroom removal included?
Removal and disposal must be stated in your written quote. The same applies to wall repairs, flooring, electrical work and ventilation, so you know which work is included.
How long does fitting take?
The schedule depends on the room and the agreed work. We discuss the fitting plan before you commit rather than promise the same timescale for every bathroom.
